Who we are

This site is run by the sellers of the business operations at 231 S La Brea Ave, Inglewood, CA 90301 to find buyers for the sale. Contact: info@rentinglewood.com.

What we collect

• What you enter in our forms: for the short contact form, your name, email, optional phone, what you’d like and your message; for the buyer-overview form, also optional company, budget range, financing approach, timing and experience. Both record your acknowledgment of the sale scope.
• Technical details sent with the form: the time of submission, the page or campaign that referred you (if any), your browser’s user-agent, your approximate country as reported by Cloudflare, and a one-way hashed form of your IP address used only for spam and rate limiting. We don’t store your raw IP address with your inquiry.

Please don’t send bank statements, identification documents or account numbers through this site. If proof of funds is needed later in the process, we’ll arrange a suitable way to share it.

How we use it

We use it to review your inquiry, contact you about the sale, decide on next steps such as a confidentiality agreement or a tour, and protect the form from abuse. We don’t sell your information, we don’t use it for unrelated marketing, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.

Where it’s stored and who sees it

Inquiries are stored in a private database on Cloudflare’s platform (Cloudflare D1), which also hosts this site. There is no public way to read submitted inquiries. They’re seen by the sellers and, where needed for the transaction, their professional advisors, such as a business broker or transaction counsel.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no third-party trackers. Cloudflare may process standard request data to deliver and secure the site.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as needed for the sale process and its follow-up, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Your choices

To access, correct or delete the information you sent, email info@rentinglewood.com. If you’re a California resident, you can use the rights available to you under California privacy law in the same way.
